Thanks for inquiring about the 16 hour New Provider Orientation training for intermediate care habitation/ nursing facilities. Each attendee will receive the training manual as well as the certificate of completion at the end of the 16 hours of training. You will receive a confirmation email upon receipt of the registration and deposit.

Send a check or money order deposit of $200/attendee. Please include each attendees name, phone number and email address.
All deposits must be received 5 days prior to the date of the class, if for any reason you cannot please call us to make the arrangements.
