Concierge Admission

We provide assistance and guidance with the application to become a regional center client.  Our homes are located in Pomona but we accept placement referrals from all regions of the United States.. We assist with identifying suitable placement options. Upon admission to our homes we assist with the application for MediCal and enrollment in a managed care health plan.

Admission Criteria

Must be a client of a California Regional Center. Our homes are in the San Gabriel Pomona Regional center catchment area. We accept referrals from all California regional centers.

Age: 12 years to 40 years of age
Sex: Male and Female
Must quailify for Medi-Cal / Managed Care
Must have deficits that require habitation and intervention.

We accept individuals with autism spectrum disorders as well as individuals diagnosed with:

  • Intellectual Disability
  • Cerebral palsy
  • Epilepsy
  • Other closely related conditions to an intellectual disability
