Our homes at Autism Lifespan Care Homes are equipped with features that enhance safety and accessibility, such as wheelchair ramps, safety fire suppression systems, and backup smoke alarms. The neighborhoods are quiet and secluded, often located on tree-lined cul-de-sac streets, providing a peaceful environment with limited traffic and noise. Additionally, the homes are monitored 24/7 by Ring Video Security Services, giving families peace of mind.

At Autism Lifespan Care Homes, we offer residential homes licensed by the California Department of Health Services to provide intermediate care habilitation (ICFDDH)  services to teens and young adults who have been diagnosed with autism and or related developmental disabilities. Located in peaceful neighborhoods of Pomona, CA, each home is designed to promote growth, independence, and well-being.

Jade Ranch

Jade Ranch is a 5 bed home with one private room and two large semi-private rooms for teens and young adults with autism and behavioral challenges. The program emphasis at Jade Ranch is on developing independent living skills of personal safety and self sufficiency so that the individual acquire the skills to transition into a less restrictive living environment.

Emerald Village

Emerald Village is a large 5 bed home for young adults and teen’s  who need a program of skills training, behavior support, and social and community skills acquisition. There are three private rooms and one large semi-private room.

Diamond Ranch

Diamond Ranch is a 6 bed home young adult females. There are two private rooms and two semi-private rooms.   Diamond Ranch accepts residents who are non-ambulatory and have more disabling medical needs or conditions. The program at this home is focused on basic skills training and habilitation.

A Focus on Safety and Comfort

Each home has been modified for wheelchair accessibility. Safety is a priority as our homes are fully equipped with a fire suppression system and Ring cameras alarm system. The neighborhoods are quiet and secluded with an active neighborhood watch and many of the homes are located on tree lined cul-de-sac streets, so traffic and noise is limited.

We accept private pay, private insurance and Medi-Cal as full payment of all residential care services.

Habitation = Success

Each individual admitted to our homes is given a comprehensive functional assessment by our interdisciplinary team. A personalized program of goals and objectives is then developed by the interdisciplinary team which includes the individual, parents and family and regional centers workers. This service plan is reviewed and monitored at regular intervals by the team. As individuals meet goals and objectives, new goals and objectives are implemented so that the person never stagnates or fails to make some progress, the entire process is dynamic and challenging for everyone!


Intermediate care homes are based upon a medical model. Our homes professional and direct care staff include a staff Registered Nurse, Behaviorist, Dietician, Occupational therapist, Speech therapist, Medical doctor, pharmacy consultant , Qualified Intellectual disability professional (QIDP) and experienced direct support professionals.


All residents are enrolled in school or day/ vocational programs depending upon their age and interest.


Our homes have structured recreation and community outings, attendance at summer camps and participation in the Special Olympics.


Families are encouraged to take their children home for specials holidays, weekends or summer vacations. Individuals who reside in a ICF/DDH licensed home enjoy 73 days a year of leave from the homes with no disruption in placement if leave does not exceed 7 consecutive days.
